I have been training with Laura since mid 2014.
I was looking for a trainer who could help me get my fitness back after having glandular fever and having to quit crossfit, which I loved.
Laura was awesome at easing me back into training but making sure I wasn't bored as I wasn't good at taking things easy.
A few months later I fell pregnant and Laura again ensured that I was staying motivated but training at the right intensity for my pregnancy. I really enjoyed keeping fit while I was pregnant and Laura showed me lots of exercises I still felt comfortable doing.
She also helped me to keep my nutrition in check while I wasn't feeling the best. I only gained around 13kg while pregnant and lost all of that within about 8 weeks, which I put down to having such a healthy pregnancy.
I now feel like I'm almost in better shape than before I was pregnant thanks to maintaining a clean diet and exercising during my pregnancy! And Laura is just an all round friendly, fun and caring lady to train with!!
